Day 01 Arrival/Negombo

Arrival at the Colombo Airport or a pre requested hotel in Waikkala, You will be met by our Chauffeur Guide and Airport staff and offer assistance.

Overnight in Negombo

Day 02 Negombo/Pinnawala/Kandy

Morning optional Boat Ride in the Lagoon.

Thereafter proceed to Kandy while visiting the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage in time to witness the bathing and bottle feeding of the baby elephants en route with Spice Garden & optional Elephant Ride.

Pinnawela

Pinnawela orphanage is situated northwest of the town Kegalla, halfway between the present capitol Colombo and the ancient royal residence Kandy in the hills of central Sri Lanka. It was established 1975 by the Sri Lanka Wildlife department. This 24 acres large elephant orphanage is a also breeding pace for elephants, twenty elephants were born since 1984, and it has the greatest herd of elephants in captivity in the world. (40kms – transfer time 1 hour one way)

Kandy

This Historic and Romantic hill capital of Sri Lanka is situated 115 kilometers inland from Colombo. The road to Kandy is enchanting and exciting revealing the full glory- of the tropics. Everything is in the most effulgent luxuriance, throbbing with silver and green. The roads run round in sharp curves and looking down are the deep valleys, abysses, rocks, waterfalls and streams glittering in the sun and patterned in emerald with terraced rice fields. On the other side the mountains rise majestically against the blue sky. Whether one

looks u or down, it's a sight of beauty, glorious beyond the power of words to express. The city of Kandy lies in a triangular valley surrounded by mountains.

Temple of the Tooth Relic. Dalada Maligawa or the Temple of the sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy is the most venerated place of worship for Buddhists throughout the world. Built in the 16th century this temple houses the sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha brought to Sri Lanka from the Kalinga province in ancient India in the 4th century AD. Several buildings have been added to the temple complex by successive rulers, the latest being the Golden Canopy over the inner shrine where the Tooth Relic is placed. Originally the Temple was within the King's palace complex as it was the symbol of Royal Authority.

Day 03 Kandy/Nuwara Eliya/Peradeniya/Kandy

After breakfast proceed to Nuwara Eliya en rutting a tea plantation and factory with optional Paddle Boat Ride in Scenic Gregory Lake (80kms – transfer time 2 ½ hours one way.)

This town seems like a piece of English district. Tudor-style and Victorian homes look across the blue lake. These buildings are the other architectural monuments to the English, the Post Office, the English country house like Hill Club with its hunting pictures, mounted hunting trophies and fish, Anglican Church and private residence. The Golf course here is one of the best

Evening  visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens

The most beautiful in the world and begun as a pleasure garden by a Sinhala King. Every variety tropical and temperate tree and flower is cultivated here and special houses with orchids and e cacti are too beautiful to be true.

Day 04 Kandy/Sigiriya/Dambulla/Habarana

After breakfast proceed to Kandalama en-route visiting Sigiriya Rock Fortress & Dambulla Cave Temple after a Herbal optional Massage at a Spice Garden in Matale

SIGIRIYA - This UNESCO World Heritage site, a spectacular Rock Fortress, is one of Sri

Lanka’s major attractions. The most impressive facets of the unique complex are the

Water Gardens, the Frescoes of beautiful maidens, the Mirror Wall with ancient

graffiti, the Lion platform and the Summit of 1.6 hectares, which was completely

covered by buildings during the period of Sigiriya’s glory.

DAMBULLA - Dambulla is a part of the Cultural Triangle declared by UNESCO is on the

main road from Sigiriya to Kandy about 19Km from Sigiriya. The main attraction, the

Dambulla rock temple and caves are used by the Buddhist monks as a meditation

centre. There are over 80 caves in which the major attractions are spread over 5

caves, which contain the statues and the paintings. This temple is a perfect location

to view evolution of the ancient Sri Lankan arts. Dambulla is a unique and important

historical site because of the amalgamation of the material from many eras.

Day 05 Habarana/Beach Resort

Early Morning optional Hot Air Ballooning session overlooking the fascinating Kandalama Tank & Cultural Triangle if there are above 10 pax.

Morning Celebrate the Wedding with Holy Mass & the couple will be brought back to the Hotel by Elephant Ride.

After Lunch Set off for Going away to a lovely Beach Resort at  Mt.Lavinia, Kani Lanka Hotel, Kalutara, Club Bentota, Bentota or Villa Ocean View Hotel, Wadduwa Palms, Beruwala or Trincomalee for 2 Nights Honeymoon.
